Meet Melissa
An accomplished real estate professional with Sunshine Life Realty, LLC’s Clermont office, Melissa brings a unique blend of skills to the team. With a Bachelor's Degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, Melissa integrates her expertise in communications and education into a thriving real estate career. As an active member of the Orlando Regional REALTORS® Association and the National Association of REALTORS®, she engages in continuous education and networking to stay at the forefront of industry trends, ensuring she can guide her clients effectively.
Melissa is known for her excellent communication skills and attention to detail, navigating the real estate market with finesse. She is passionate about community support and building lasting relationships with her clients. Outside of real estate, Melissa enjoys quality time with her husband, family, and friends, and channels her passion for home decor into helping loved ones create warm and inviting homes.
Meet Michelle
Michelle Fiorino-Ragni is an experienced real estate professional at Sunshine Life Realty, LLC’s Clermont office, specializing in Lake, Orange, Polk, and Osceola Counties. In the past year she has been concentrating on Corporate Real Estate. Originally from Long Island, New York, Michelle started her career with a mathematics degree from Hofstra University. However, she took a different path when her father invited her to join the family business in Central Florida in 1997. Michelle later became a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser, running her own appraisal company for a decade. She also contributed to education as an Accelerated Reader Coordinator and Substitute Teacher before obtaining her teaching certification. Michelle's teaching career included 4th grade and middle school mathematics, achieving top math scores in the county several years in a row. She was Team Lead for 9 years and Economic Sustainability Lead for 5 years, raising over $150K. . With a unique blend of real estate and educational expertise, Michelle is dedicated to assisting home buyers and sellers with expertise and ease. Putting the clients' needs first, Michelle is dedicated to community support and fostering lasting relationships with her clients. She has obtained her Gold Key and Green Realtor Certifications. She is actively involved in various realtor associations, including the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association, FL Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS® and Commercial Real Estate for Women, CREW Orlando. Outside of her real estate endeavors, Michelle dedicates her time to travel and quality moments with her husband, two daughters, and extended family. Her commitment extends to supporting the community through various volunteer initiatives, as well as facilitating access to green energy by collaborating with her brother's solar panel company, Emerald Sun Energy.
